The Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Foundation for the Dialogue between Cultures (ALF) is an international intergovernmental organization with the aim to promote the dialogue between cultures and to contribute to the visibility of the Euro-Mediterranian Partnership through intellectual, cultural and civil society exchanges.
In a first phase, energypedia consult advised the ALF on selecting a suitable M&E software to support their M&E system. To identify the right software solution, we developed a set of criteria for selection based on interviews with the ALF Grants and Networks units to understand their needs, and by studying all relevant documents regarding the current and desired M&E process.
In a second phase, energypedia consult developed a prototype of an M&E Software for the ALF Grants and Networks units, including user trainings, advisory services and support for the roll-out of the software. To digitalize their reporting, we created an elaborate tool that allowed ALF to compile their reports by filling out the tabs of a wiki database.
