NIRAS

NIRAS IP is a value-driven, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. The programme From Education to Employment (E2E), jointly implemented by NIRAS IP and the Psychologist’s Association, helps hard-to-place youth in Serbia find employment and acceptance by improving their professional and personal competencies.

To accomodate for E2E's large beneficiary database, an elaborate search function was created with the ability to handle huge data sets. Thanks to a data entry form, partners can enter beneficiary data on site without needing to log in with a separate user account. The data is then checked by brokers and confirmed, before the beneficiary data set is created. This allows for a more direct form of data collection.
