In the coming months, Melanie, Country Director of our Rwanda office, will carry out the IT consulting assignment “Support to EnDev Rwanda in the design, planning and implementation of IT based project tools”. Its purpose is to assist the pro-poor Results-Based-Financing (RBF) component of Energising Development (EnDev) Rwanda in identifying and implementing the right IT tools to verify the eligibility of beneficiaries and to monitor the solar market in Rwanda. We are excited to start this project and are certain that we can make a valuable contribution to the RBF in Rwanda.
