Dear M&E colleagues in the development sector,

between 20-22 September 2017, Robert and I were able to present WebMo and the latest additions to energypedia consult's portfolio at the annual conference of the German Society for Evaluation (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Evaluation, DeGEval) in Mainz, Germany. Building on our previous consultancy services on results-based monitoring, we now offer the whole monitoring package, which we call one-stop-monitoring, including the necessary IT tools. Last month Robert and I, Johanna, assisted the GIZ mini-grid project in Myanmar to set up a monitoring system. During five exciting days of workshops, we went through the wide diversity of activities they plan to do in the coming months. That way we were able to identify the most suitable indicators how to measure best the success of the project. We introduced the results model and the GIZ standards to the team.
